a thousand swedish fish

Back in grade 8 I wrote an essay on why commercial radio should increase Australian music quotas - like policies in Canada which promote national support for local acts. Sure it was probably extremely poorly written but I remember being very passionate about the subject. I just find it odd, and annoying that people are even still having this discussion, the quotas are dismal enough as it is.
